Hawthorn Rugby Team travels to West Point

On Saturday September 27th, the Rugby Club went on an expedition to West Point Military Academy to watch Army play Southern Virginia University. In a high scoring game, there were lots of tries and the game was quite competitive, but in the end Army imposed themselves and closed out the game by 51 points to 25. 10 Hawthorn Families enjoyed fine late summer weather, consuming munchkins and popcorn. The Rugby Club is now fired up and ready to continue learning the game!
