After school on Tuesday, all Hawthorn families were invited for a picnic lunch on the front lawn in honor of Dr. McCleary. Mr. McGovern and Mr. Hickman shared a few remarks, and Mrs. Andino presented a gift basket assembled by the faculty. Dr. McCleary’s diligence and selfless service to the school will always be remembered,and we wish him and his family well as he embarks on this next phase of life.
