On Wednesday, November 9th the fourth through eighth graders enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the Westmoreland Sanctuary in Mt. Kisco, NY. The students learned about animals that are native to our area and other wildlife. They were able to even pet and hold a tarantula! Afterwards, the students went on a hike where they were able to explore and learn more about our habitat! It was a great experience!
